Our mission is to optimize the use of energy and resources while providing Comfortable, Healthy, Safe, and Productive environments. We do this by working with natural laws and use common sense engineering. Hot air rises and cool air falls, water flows downhill and light is abundant around us. Minimize duct, wire and plumbing runs by locating distribution centrally and collaborating with the design team early in the project. We like to keep it simple and match systems with the building owners and operator’s knowledge level. We also advocate analyzing a project based upon life cycle cost and not simply first cost. Better building systems affect the buildings value and often times are the first to be sacrificed.

We advocate membership and involvement in the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) for all of our associates and are actively involved with USGBC both locally and nationally.
