Electrical is primarily Power and Lighting. Traditionally old technologies are used to distribute power and provide lighting when new ones exist that are more efficient. We provide better buildings for our clients by asking questions like:

Why not use high efficiency transformers?

Why not utilize modular power distribution to easily make changes and minimize waste with future churn?

Why not use day lighting for the space?

Why not use technologies to dim the lighting when adequate day lighting is available?

Why not use fluorescent or LED technologies for lighting fixtures?

Why not generate power on site through renewable or other efficient technologies? Our electrical associates ask these questions and many more on each project. We advocate membership and involvement in the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) for our Electrical associates.
