Performed mechanical design and LEED consultation for the library with special care for humidity control . The library and two adjacent support and gathering buildings have a goal of LEED Silver.
Terminal "C", George Bush Intercontinental Airport
Houston, TX 2000
Performing program, project management and engineering for multiple projects in this 655,000 SF facility. The scope of the projects will include revising the existing HVAC systems to handle the anticipated HVAC load increases for the next 20 years, renovation of the existing Telecommunications system with new IDF’s, BDF’s and an MDF. Upgrades to existing electrical system and a detailed study and monitoring of the existing electrical system. Investigation of the existing plumbing system and redesign of the existing system to accommodate future growth, the system is currently undersized.


Chase Bank of Texas
Houston, TX 1997
Renovation of a 175,000 SF retail center to a call center including a computer room. This project included design and specification of all mechanical systems, reutilization of existing rooftop units, and construction management of all of the engineering systems. This project was completed within six months and houses 1,000 call stations, offices, training rooms and a computer room.

Randolph AFB, Building 905
San Antonio, TX 2000
Engineering Project Manager for MEP and Telecom for this interior renovation retaining only the shell. HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems were completely renovated.



Oasis Medical Office Building
Stafford, Texas 2005
Mechanical engineer for a new 190,000 SF, high-rise medical office building. Design included accommodations for six surgical suites on the second floor and MRI on the first floor. The office is the first phase of a master planned medical campus that will house an assisted living, two additional office buildings, a hospital, and several other medical specialty facilities.
